This place is not right in downtown Manitou Springs which is great (less noise and no crowds) yet very convenient to do everything (Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, hiking in the area). The staffs are wonderful and friendly. It is a charming collection of adobe style “cabins” that may have been used as a base camp for Pikes Peak. It was easy to locate and parking was good. It will only get better and better. It was a great pet-friendly value for our three night visit to Pikes Peak. It’s also close to Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. Owner is very nice and accommodating.
