"Our room was lovely, the bathroom was clean and updated. My only complaint is that I wish there was a place to keep products in the bathroom. There was a tiny table in the corner that couldn’t hold anything and although pedestal sinks look good, they are very impractical. The bathroom was very roomy, it could have had a vanity table or a small storage unit. I would stay at the Riviera again! "

"The room was in the second floor, no elevator. I have a disability and did not know there was no elevator. The stairs were difficult for me each day. "

"Tiny and overpriced, with hardly any room to breathe. The location is excellent, which is really the only standout feature; it feels like a trade-off. Free breakfast was a small plate with 3 fixed things. We had to purchase things separately. Overall, I wouldn’t book it again. We visited on a quiet weekday, and even a basic upgrade cost hundreds of dollars."

"A good stay for the money but was not great for light sensitive sleepers like myself. Mirrors have a lot up power button embedded in them and blinds let's in way too much light (even when pulled down and curtains closed). Also do not like they used door codes for the rooms. I'd rather have a standard room key card instead of trying to remember a 6 digit code (or having to look it up when memory fails)."

"The hotel is extremely nice how ever it’s very very very very very small rooms . The shower and toilet is in the same stall and the sink is about 7 feet away from the bed . The room is made for a single traveling nomad . It’s not for a couple in Miami . Even if I was single I wouldn’t come back it’s to small . Also the windows can’t open so the air always has to been on so it doesn’t feel stuffy in the room . The staff is amazing, how ever the breakfast isn’t worth the xtra money . It’s plenty of place that ate in walking distance you can eat at. Very close to south beach , I rented a car but you could uber back and forth for a reasonable price . Overall nice hotel just not for me . For the same price you can stay at the fountain bleu and have space and luxury ."
