Antoine Herzog had the first workers' housing estate "Bagatelle" built there in 1870\. The urbanization of the district, marked from the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century by numerous individual houses, was supplemented by the construction of school and military buildings: the Hirn school (1886-1887), the Pfeffel school (1914), the infantry barracks (1887-1889) and the military hospital (1892-1895). The extension of the district continued after the second war with the construction of housing estates: Cité de France (1947-1959), Cité Langfurch (1948-1950 and 1954-1955) and Cité de la Mittelharth between 1963 and 1968. Jun 12, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Découverte de Colmar en un week-end Il manquait sur le site une photo de l’immeuble que nous avons cherché sur Google pour le repérer plus facilement à notre arrivée et avoir une idée de l’environnement. La situation géographique est pas mal car bien desservie grâce aux bus mais qui ne circulent pas tard le soir. Sinon l’accès à la ville en voiture est simple et rapide.l’immeuble est très calme. L’intérieur du logement était conforme au photo. A première vue il était propre mais il mériterait un bon nettoyage du sol et il serait préférable que l’annonce précise un canapé-lit d’appoint et non un canapé-lit dans une chambre 4\. Nous avons été un peu déçus de découvrir ce type de canapé-lit peu confort. Sinon , l’appartement est spacieux pour 9 personnes avec tout le matériel à disposition. Il serait juste convenable de préciser que la vanne de vidange du lave-vaisselle est fermée et à préciser qu’il n’est pas fixé. Mais nous avons découvert une très jolie ville charmante avec des commerçants très sympathiques ! ##### Solène B.
