 In the heart of downtown Colmar, just steps away from Little Venice and in the immediate vicinity of the "old customs square", the BERGLAS apartment (85m²) welcomes you in a modern and pleasant setting. Ideal for a family stay, with friends, with colleagues, for a weekend, vacation, or work. With its 3 bedrooms and bathroom, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.   
  
It consists of:   
  
 a living room/dining room space with an equipped open kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),   
  
 a bedroom with two single beds   
  
 two bedrooms with one double bed each,   
  
 a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine,   
  
 a separate toilet,   
  
The apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator.   
  
 The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.   
  
 The public Montagne Verte parking is located 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).   
  
 You have the option to book private parking spaces within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.   
  
 You have the option to reserve a spot in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighboring building (200m away).   
  
The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:   
  
 cleaning will be done,   
  
 beds will be made with clean sheets,   
  
 clean towels will be available along with a bath mat and a kitchen towel,   
  
 free WIFI connection   
  
 You have the possibility of booking several apartments in this building.   
  
 This historic neighborhood has many local shops.   
  
 The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (These equipments are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby bed, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or reserve the "baby bed linen" option as an extra.   
  
Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.   
  
House Rules:   
  
This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.   
  
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.   
  
 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.   
  
Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.   
  
 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.   
  
 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.   
  
 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.   
  
 A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.   
  
 Before, during, and after your stay, our secretariat is reachable by phone 24/7\. This contact number will be communicated to you once your reservation is confirmed.

#### Appartement agréable idéalement situé

Appartement en plein coeur de Colmar, idéalement situé pour profiter de cette ravissante ville. L'appartement est clair, spacieux avec 3 chambres agréables. Il est dommage de ne pas avoir un livret à disposition concernant les informations pratiques (où jeter les poubelles en partant, état des lieux de l'appartement puisqu'on nous demande de l'effectuer seul...), à moins que nous ne l'ayons pas vu? Par ailleurs un ménage un peu plus complet serait le bienvenu. Très agréable séjour.

Unterkunft und Lage der Wohnung optimal. Beschreibung entsprach der Wirklichkeit. Zu bemängeln evtl. dass in der Toilette kein Waschbecken war, nur im Bad. Bei 6 Personen ein echtes Handicap. Die Buchung selbst war nicht ohne Klippen, da sie nicht über Ferienwohnung-Direkt sondern eine weitere Agentur lief. Es war schwer, bei persönlichen Rückfragen einen Ansprechpartner zu finden. Das hat genervt.
