Just 170 meters from Port d’Avall beach, this charming studio apartment in the Faubourg district welcomes you to a secure, private, quiet, and beautifully landscaped residence with a reserved parking space.  
  
This air-conditioned apartment for three people features a bathroom with toilet, a living room with a sofa bed, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV opening onto a terrace with views over the rooftops of Collioure, the Moulin d’Alexandre, and a glimpse of the sea. Enjoy the Mediterranean sun while sipping a refreshing drink in the provided rocking chairs. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a combination oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a Senseo coffee machine, an Italian-style coffee maker, and a washer-dryer. Ideal for a relaxing holiday: the apartment is a 2-star Tourist Residence, guaranteeing services that meet national standards.
