"This unit is especially good for a couple or family that wants basic lodging within easy walking distance of a beach. Met our criteria as a couple for value lodging for a 3-night stay in Collioure: - LOCATION: 5 min walk to waterfront and nearest restaurants; 15 min walk to old town with many restaurants. - CLOTHES WASHER. "Brilliant location in a b autiful area."

"Overall it was a good stay. The only thing i had an issue with was it was advertised with air conditioning. There is a big machine there that give air, but its more a fan than air conditioning. That became difficult to control as i had to constantly change the bucket of water filling up from the machine"

"Convenient location with parking space available although this is some distance away. Apartment reasonably well-equipped although needing attention in areas. Main problem which made us cut our stay short was finding cockroaches one night!"

"We had a wonderful 3 week stay in Nicole and Michel's apartment with its magnificent views over the Mediterranean from the large terrace. The apartment was well equipped and clean with very effective cooling fans in the bedrooms. Nicole was very helpful throughout and her property manager Danie also provided an excellent service. We hope to be able to stay there again next year. Highly recommended!"
