It accommodates larger groups by offering two master bedrooms (with private bathrooms), a bedroom with a bathroom across the hall, and a queen size sofa sleeper. A large front room and upstairs sitting area provide spectacular views of the rivers. Outside there is a deck and covered seating area for enjoying the same scenic view. (Did not find a lid cover for the largest skillet we used.) Dinnerware with service for 12 and the abundance of drinking glasses was great!! We had girls weekend and chose this property due to it having three bathrooms...the property was so much more than we expected. The view is amazing, there are two outdoor areas to enjoy, the inside of the house fit us perfectly. The bedrooms had ample space, three bathrooms, a huge kitchen and the wonderful dining table that everyone could fit around. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. We shopped, ate, enjoyed cocktails and the live entertainment all day! The owners were quick to respond to questions and have a detailed binder that left no question unanswered for our stay. Small things they provided also were a great addition to our trip, coffee, hot cocoa, creamer, sugar and my favorite, good hand soap.
