« Personne à la réception à mon arrivée. Il faut téléphoner et attendre... Récupération des clefs, j'arrive dans la chambre, inondation dans la cuisine et la salle de bains. Il faut retéléphoner et attendre encore. La personne vue pour la clef appelle une autre personne, il faut encore et toujours attendre. Nettoyage de l'eau au sol avec une serviette de toilette, puis du frigo avec la même serviette !!. Je refuse cette chambre et demande une chambre sans fuite. Du coup, je suis à l'étage, dans...
