  • This is a one-of-a-kind Midtown Designer masterpiece! . Come enjoy all CDA has to offer from this centrally located 3 bedroom home. Create family memories in this beautiful and fully equipped kitchen. This place is fully remodeled and designed for a modern, relaxing, stay that feels like home away from home. Spacious living room with a smart TV. Includes 1 GB WIFI and dedicated workspace. It is also walking distance to one of our favorite local coffee shops.


    Please remove shoes. No parties and no unauthorized guests. Also no 3rd party bookings. Backyard fully fenced.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. When we first drove up, we thought it was just a tiny little place, but we were pleasantly surprised at how much space they really was. It’s been newly remodeled and it’s absolutely beautiful. We definitely stay again.

Great property for our quick stop to see family. Quiet area, great amenities-very cozy. Wish the AC had reached the back queen bedroom, and water pressure in master a little low, but the main shower was great. All in all a nice stay for us.

Cozy, Comfortable, Perfect Stay

I recently stayed at Midtown Haven with my 2 daughters as we were traveling through Coeur d’Alene on a road trip. The property is perfectly updated, comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house was clean and the perfect stop after a long day in the car. The living area is air conditioned, which was so appreciated as it was 101* the day we stopped in CDA. The owners were super accommodating and quick to respond. The house is located in a quiet residential area but was close to a coffee shop, restaurants and an amazing ice cream shop (panhandle cone and coffee. Try it! You won’t be disappointed) I would most definitely recommend renting this property and will be rebooking myself on our next road trip!
