One of the few homes in the region with a pristine, seasonally heated pool—your premium house by the lake awaits! Enjoy a private, fenced backyard and pool area perfect for relaxing and making family memories with a 7-person hot tub, firepit, grill, and fully stocked kitchen. Luxurious DreamCloud mattresses, Smart TVs, fast WiFi, garage parking, and central A/C ensure an unforgettable stay. Professionally cleaned with glowing reviews. Just blocks from Lake CDA and a short drive to Silverwood.  
  
HEATED POOL / HOT TUB: Pool is heated seasonally from April to late October most years. Depending on weather conditions, it might be too cold to swim even during these months. The pool measures 16x32 feet and has a depth ranging from 3 feet to 9 feet. Pool flotation devices are not provided; swim at your own risk. Pool with diving board and ladder entry. Sundance Spa Hot Tub, McKinley 6-7 adult seat version, installed March 2025\.

Stocked with coffee, tea, spices, oils, and basic supplies for all your culinary needs.  
  
LIVING ROOM: Couch, loveseat, armchairs, electric fireplace entertainment center, lamps, living room tables, and basket of fleece throw blankets. 60" TV offering online streaming—sign into your accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc.). Coloring books, art supplies, board games, puzzles, and group activities. High-speed Spectrum internet with WiFi. Desk with rolling chair, office supplies.  
  
DINING ROOM: Table with seating for 8.  
  
BACK PORCH: Outdoor loveseat and chairs, coffee table, 46" TV, entertainment cart, electric candles, ceiling fan.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Conveniently located just 19 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park, 30 minutes from Spokane, and 11 minutes from Triple Play. Within blocks of Kootenai Health and less than a mile from Trader Joe's, Riverstone shops and restaurants, North Idaho Centennial Trail, and North Idaho College campus. Enjoy a short 2-mile drive to McEuen Park, Tubbs Hill, and Downtown CDA Sherman Drive. Honeysuckle Beach on Lake Hayden is just 12 minutes away for a perfect day by the water.  
  
Pet policy:  
\- Pet Fee: $250 per pet, per stay.   
\- Allowed Pets: Small-breed dogs only. Larger breeds require prior approval.  
\- Supervision: Pets must be leashed outside and crated if left alone indoors.  
\- Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; waste must be disposed of properly.  
\- Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination without refund.  
\- Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage.  
\- Supplies: Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided.

Will be subject to a fee of $25 per 15 minutes past checkout time, as our cleaning team operates on a strict schedule to prepare for the next guests.

#### Very cozy and comfortable home! 

This home was perfect for our stay. The beds and bedding were the best we have ever slept on in a VRBO. This home was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. It is an older home (1912) but has been updated and decorated so beautifully. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus where we spent our time just chillin. It is also located in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again and it is obvious the host is on top of every detail for your stay. Highly Recommend.

It was a great home for our family get away before school started back up. The pool and outdoor facilities were great. The home was very comfortable and had very nice charm. I would recommend this home. We will make it one of our regulars

This lovely home was perfect for our visit. The house was clean and has everything we needed with plenty of amenities. Although our time did not allow us to take advantage of the backyard, the pool, hot tub, outdoor furniture and fire pit looked amazing. I would come back here again. The communication was great, the neighborhood was quiet and nice. The beds were very comfortable.

The property was perfect! Hannah was amazing and so accommodating. Everything we could have asked for was provided and then some. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, BBQ area. The pictures don't begin to do it justice. I've rented many places over the years and this one tops them all.

Our stay at Hannah's place was wonderful.The bed linens were first class, beds very comfortable. Nice to have the electrical blocks on both sides of the bed with USB ports, USB-C ports and electrical plugs. No crawling under dressers or beds.The furniture for the siting rooms and dining room were perfect. very comfortable.The Jacuzzi Tub had strong jets, easy in and out, and crystal clean. Thanks!!!Location was terrific within blocks from the lake and very easy access.Had to ask a question of our host, and a quick email gave us a quick reply. Thyank you HannahSteve Rima and family
