Close to everything. The unit is set up well for couples or a large family. Only issue we had was the limitation of access to the suite above the garage. This detail wasn't clear in the description. Also, owner instructed they had a dog in the rear courtyard, which was also not in the description. Only disappointment. This Vrbo was perfect to accommodate 3 couples and our 2 almost 2 year olds. Our favorite part was probably the front porch hang out zone! Tne location was absolutely perfect…just far enough away from downtown for parking to not be an issue, but easily within walking distance to all. Dusty, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions/requests we had! We used the kitchen and outdoor space every day. This property had everything we needed. Plus...it's close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, downtown and the lake. Dusty was gracious to answer all of my questions before arriving, he's very accommodating and just a text message away if needed.
