Great location just off the trail. Easy access to Spokane River. Was able to get on the bike trail and ride as far as I wanted.

The property was in a beautiful gated community close to everything. We took advantage of the restaurants and pubs in the area. We had 6 adults staying and there was lots of room. It is easily the most stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. Would definitely book it again.

Really comfortable stay

We really enjoyed this home. We took our three kids to Silverwoood for two days and we had a great time. It was so nice to be able to pull up to this home every night of our three night stay. The home is decorated very nice and well appointed. It was stocked well and was very clean! If we ever need to stay in CDA we’ll be back!

Beautiful home in a very loud area

Everything in the house was excellent. We did not end up making any food in the kitchen but it would have had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Everything was new and tastefully decorated. The house is in a small, gated community with similar houses. The only issue with the property is the location. It is sandwiched between a very busy road and a busy highway. The traffic noise is very loud and constant. It backs up to a gas station that is mostly hidden by fencing and landscaping, but it is a reminder that you are not really in a residential area. We did not utilize the outdoor patio due to the noise and location.
