Right on the beach; so toes in the sand is really simple. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place is perfect for a couple to stay; we didn't use the pullout. The only down-sides were that it is a bottom unit, so at times it sounded like they were re-decorating and moving furniture upstairs. I think it was kids. So there's that. The AC unit is in the closet in the bedroom and there's no door on it, so it was a little loud in there, but you get used to it. Jean was very accomodating for us which was great. We asked for extra toilet paper in case we needed it and had it within minutes. We also have local friends that came over to visit and were allowed to use a parking space of an unrented unit while they were there for the day. I would use it again. ##### Tony P. Out the back you are right on the beach. Night spots and eateries are steps away. Rocket launches are readily viewed from the patio! The condo itself is very well furnished with a full kitchen with plenty of cookware. I highly recommend it. My only criticism is that I wish I could have made use of an outdoor grill to help prepare the 1 meal we made there. A great time and we would not hesitate to book it again. ##### m D. But overall as far as location, new kitchen, appliances and nice decor. The place is awesome. But the Mattress has got to be replaced and upgraded. It’s hard as a rock and squeaks with every tiny movement. Also the A/C in the living area can not keep up. It was very Hot inside. These two things are very important and I would not come back unless those got fixed. Otherwise it’s a great place on a great beach in a great location. ##### Jim H.
