The apartment is located on the second floor with a large deck/balcony and has a fresh beach look. Perfect for couples and small families (equipped for up to 3 persons). You share the pool and lush garden with the other 2 units. Use the free kayaks to explore the river and see dolphins or manatees. Orlando is only a 60-minute drive away with the world-famous theme parks and shopping malls. On the horizon, you can see the Kennedy- Space-Center which is very interesting to explore. \*\*\* Since Cape Canaveral with its huge cruise ship harbor is only a 20-minute drive away be our guest before or after your cruise. \*\*\* The apartment has all the essential amenities like AC (central) and free WiFi. Cocoa Beach with its gorgeous beaches and pleasant water temperatures offers ideal conditions for all types of water sports or just for relaxing. Cocoa Beach offers an extensive variety of restaurants and entertainment. Among others, one must mention the numerous golf courses, the Pier, and the many shops such as the biggest Ron-Jon-surfshop in the US. It is only 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport and 2.5 hours to Miami International Airport. The large cruise ship port in Cape Canaveral is only 20 minutes away. \*\*\* Free parking is available at the apartment. Nice pool and no problem sharing it with other guests. We took the kayaks nearly everyday for a nice paddle to the mangroves. Dolphins passing by during the paddle. Unfortunately we didn't see any manatees this time. But we were told that as the hurricane just had passed by, they were still not back. Hopefully next time! We didn't use the SUP as it was too windy during our stay. The flat is great for two or three. The view from the balcony is just amazing... Convenient to everything… pool was great, my husband loved watching all the fish jump in the river and the water is shallow so if you want to wade or paddle board you can. And the views were fantastic! Only reason I wouldn’t give excellent was because the shower was so small. I couldn’t bend over to shave my legs and the showerhead couldn’t be adjusted. The building itself was in ok shape, There were some exposed wires in places but I can ignore that. The view from the balcony can’t be beat!! Short walk to the beach! The bed is comfortable. Loved that there is a huge stock of towels and rags! Everything you need to prepare meals here. The rental is small but functional. The kitchen is small as well and could use more “staples” - plastic wrap or foil, a baking sheet, etc. A few more channels on the tv would have been nice on the rainy nights. Our car broke down when we arrived which meant we spent alittle bit more than planned. But, staying here we didn't really need the car except to go home. The pool was wonderful, beach was a minute walk. The beach was also pretty quiet and overall very nice.There were restaurants right around the corner and was able to have publix deliver groceries.
