It is an older house that had some nice updates. Very convenient to restaurants and only a block and half from the beach. Just hanging out and use of the pool was great with some nature shade. The owners provided some beach and pool accessories. For us personally, having use of the garage to keep our motorcycle was great! Not enough room to park a car, but plenty of room for a motorcycle.
