The condo was a good size for the three of us. The building is older but well maintained. Our condo had an ocean view which we enjoyed and was directly on the beach. We spent all day sitting by the ocean. The towels, umbrellas and beach chairs the condo furnished were nice and in good shape. The building is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants or a short drive, which we took advantage of each evening. We were even able to watch a rocket launch one evening from in front of the condo. It has both a pool view and an ocean view. It was wonderful to hear the waves on the beach as soon as you open to the balcony door. Its location is about .5 miles from downtown Cocoa beach where you can find food from casual to fine dining. It’s quiet but the people we met were friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make small meals or huge dinners. I hope to stay there again next winter. ##### Mary K. Would definitely recommend and/or personally return to. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook all meals in the condo. Parking was good (we always found a spot) and easy beach access.
