We had a very enjoyable vacation. The home was impeccably clean and the outdoor space was amazing. So peaceful to enjoy your morning coffee by the water, enjoy a game of bag toss or soak on the hot tub. Pool was heated to a perfect temp and very easy to communicate with to heat up the hot tub. Great location to walk to the beach or restaurants and canal was very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely book again.

#### Perfect Cocoa Beach Home

This home was perfect for our vacation! We had 4 adults and a teenager and everyone loved it. The kitchen is a cooks dream and we enjoyed having our meals at home. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool is small but there was plenty of room for three rafts and others to be in the water! We spent time fishing off the dock. And even got to see the family of manatees swim by daily!!It is less than a half mile walk to the beautiful beach. This is the perfect home on Cocoa Beach.

#### Quick Getaway with family 

We enjoyed our stay at this waterfront home on the canal. This home had plenty of space for our two families. The location was very close within walking distance to restaurants, a local park, the public beach access, downtown and the grocery store. We liked hanging out and fishing on the dock. The no-see-ums are aggressive so I would recommend bringing bug spray or citronella candles. We spent every day in the pool. The pool is much smaller than pictured. Also of note, there really isn’t a shallow end. The pool slopes off deep on all sides except the entrance steps. Other than that, I would still recommend this home to others.

#### Absolutely Perfect

Beautiful home! We spent all of our time on the deck over the canal. It was a thrill to see both manatee and dolphin right there off the dock. We also enjoyed the use of the kayaks. The home was very spacious and fit our group of 6 well. Quiet neighborhood for morning walks and many restaurant options close by. We also had great communication with the management company. On our next trip, we'd book here again!

#### Great house and location

We loved this place. Fantastic location - .4 miles to the beach then you can walk for miles in either direction. Some great restaurants, sub shops and ice cream parlors in easy walking distance (some of our favorites were Jazzy Maine Lobster, Pompano Grill and Fat Donkey Ice Cream). Easy drive to the Orlando Airport, Disney World and Kennedy Space Center. We saw five rocket launches from the house. Several golf courses within 20-30 minute drive. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Nice private back yard on a canal - saw a dolphin and numerous pelicans in the canal. Spacious kitchen and living area. Comfortable beds and a fantastic shower in the bathroom for the master bedroom. If we go back to Cocoa Beach, would definitely stay here again.

#### Excellent Rental Property!

This property was absolutely fantastic! It offered plenty of space with large, comfortable rooms and tons of storage, including a massive master closet. The shower was excellent, and the outdoor space was perfect for a variety of activities. It was everything we hoped for and more for a family of 8 adults over Christmas. Many walkable, delicious restaurants. Beach was super close and having chairs, beach wagon, etc. to take everything there was a bonus. The dock on the canal was a highlight—we saw dolphins in the mornings and evenings, which made the experience even more special. The homeowner was incredibly receptive and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable.Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for comfort, space, and a great location! We will definitely return. Thank you!

#### Great Getaway

The family needed a getaway. We looked at many properties online and decided on this one due to the proximity to the beach, shopping, and food options. The house seemed to offer many options for us to do without leaving the property as well. To say we were surprised that the property was even better than the pictures was an understatement. We do a family trip every year but this was the first one in Florida and have many times been underwhelmed by what we get compared to the photos. This stay was AMAZING! We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Cocoa Beach getaway to book this house!

#### Wonderful Stay

My husband and I drove 9 hours from Louisiana to visit his children in Cocoa Florida. After a lot of searching, I chose this home and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is immaculate, the kitchen is amazing, there’s a huge area for eating, living room is great, and the outside area is perfect. We had a great time playing in the pool with the teenagers, and caught fish in the water behind the home. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

#### A few recommendations I would give, are;

The Adirondack Chairs under the Gazebo are not comfortable. The other chairs by the pool are a bit worn. The grill outdoors needs new flame defectors. It would’ve been nice to have coffee filters provided, and at least one more roll of paper towels. We bought 2, and left them there. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there, and would come back again.Very nice place!!

#### Perfect in so many ways! 

Everything from booking, communication, and our stay was great! This house was amazing! Beautiful inside and out! The backyard on the water was so much fun with great scenery! The house was immaculate and very well stocked with everything you’d need for a great family vacation! I don’t typically write reviews and I’m very particular but I highly recommend this place and I would absolutely come back!

#### Wedding Trip

This house was so AMAZING that we didn’t want to leave. Everything in the pictures are just as it was! It’s very close to tons of restaurants and the beach. Everything was very new and very clean. It’s a toss up on what we loved more, the outside area or the kitchen. Unfortunately we booked way too many activities during our stay, so we didn’t get to sit out at the dock as much as we wanted. Sadly, we didn’t get to see any of the dolphins or manatees, but it was the perfect place for me to write/rehearse my vows before our wedding!! Communication with the owners was outstanding!! This house truly made our wedding day/vacation time, one we won’t ever forget! I highly recommend renting this property. . . You won’t be sorry.

#### Beautiful house and great location 

We loved this house and the location is absolutely perfect since it’s in the middle of everything. The house was very clean as were the towels and bedding. I only gave it an overall rating of four out of five stars because of the inaccuracy of the property description. The main hall bathroom does not have a standup shower even though the description says that it does. That was very disappointing to us. The two en suite bathrooms had showers, but the hall bathroom only had a tub with a handheld sprayer. Other than that, we were very pleased with this rental.

#### Great house with everything you need

We came to Cocoa Beach for my son’s baseball tournament at USSSA Space Coast. The drive to the field was under 30 minutes. Having a garage to keep his gear was great. We caught lots of fish from the docks but be prepared for the bugs. The house has everything we needed and was a great find.

#### Beautiful home and so much more!

Our family which included a 17 year old and a 10 year old loved this home. There were so many things to do and it was so clean. The rooms were big, the beds were comfortable and it was exactly what you see on the site. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal and a grill for outdoor cooking. In the morning we saw dolphins swimming by the dock. We caught lots of fish and had a wonderful time.

#### Great Spot

We had a nice family vacation at this house. The property was quiet, the location was great and only a short walk to the beach. Nice touch to have beach umbrellas/gear available for use. Overall the property is well maintained and in good condition. Beautiful landscaping. The pool and hot tub are much smaller than we anticipated but we made it work. The extra seating down by the canal was very nice as was the putting green area. We didn't use the firepit because it was quite windy in the evenings. Some areas are showing wear. The kitchen stools/chairs and patio cushions need a good cleaning, but the rest of the house was in great shape. Nice bedding, plenty of towels and extra pillows. Highchair and pack n play available for the baby. Our only concern was the fridge did not get very cold at all and freezer pretty much defrosted our frozen groceries. Beverage fridge worked great.

#### Perfect getaway with family!

This property is absolutely beautiful, and has so many incredible amenities. Between the pool, hot tub, fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks, and household games, we hardly left the property! The house was spotless and the property management company was very responsive to any issues that came up. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Back porch along the water was perfect. We saw baby dolphins, baby manatees, and baby ducks all hanging/swimming along. Would 100% come back.
