We stayed a week and the pool area was well taken care of with plenty of seating and space, also in a locked area so that only tenants from the property could use. Any issues were quickly resolved and excellent communication with the management. This unit was the best on the property as it has direct access to the pool area. I definitely recommend this unit. Easy access to the beach and closest property to the Cocoa Beach pier. The property was very nice overall. The pool was steps out the door and the beach was just a few minutes walk away, and very close to the pier. Email communication about the property was thorough and timely. The only thing that I could suggest for improvement is the mattresses on all three beds were very uncomfortable.
