It was clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach and near by restaurants. We parked in an underground garage and had an elevator access to our floor. You can see the ocean as soon as you open the front door. Everything worked fine, no problems at all. Great view from the balcony and we got to see a rocket launch at 4:26 am. So happy I chose this condo for our family/friend stay at Cocoa Beach. The condo is right on the beach and has a pool which in our vaca is like having the best of both worlds. The balcony is absolutely wonderful to sit out & watch the sunrise or have drinks in the evening. Great walking distance to bars, restaurants and boutiques. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. We had an issue with the door, but the Lihua was able to help us immediately.Coconuts on the Beach & Jazzy Mainly Lobster were great meals too. She let us check in early since we arrived to Cocoa Beach earlier than expected. Check-in/out easy. Condo met our needs. Loved being directly on the beach. Only complaint is you need an actual key to get into the building and onto the beach access. There were only 2 keys and 4 of us staying there which made the beach days tricky.
