Pier Beach House! Heated Pool, Spa, Steps to Sand

Our Cocoa Beach home is a 3600sqft, two-story (with elevator) 6 bed 5 bath private residence.

Amazing gatherings out back feature a beautiful heated pool, hot tub and comfy lounging around the fire pit. We are located 100 meters to the sand, a 5min or less walk to the Pier, several bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Ron Jon Surf shop and other local attractions are less than 1 mile away.

The kids will love the garage game room with ping pong, foosball, and arcade games!
And everyone will enjoy the beach gear (pictured); bicycles, soft top boards, boogie boards, chairs, cooler, beach wagon, and plenty more.

The house was amazing, clean, fun and spacious! We love spending time around the pool with the kids and family just hanging out! I loved all the tv’s being smart! We don’t cook on vacation but anything we needed was there! This is the first house I’ve stayed in that provides Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash… I loved it. Amazing house!

The layout of the house was perfect. Every bedrohad a bath, which solved lots of problems. Teens hung out in the rear living area while adults had the living room. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the large pool. The kids had so much fun. The game room with Pac-Man and ping pong table kept everyone entertained. The bikes were well-used by our teens. The beach was just a short distance away. I would highly recommend this house for a large family.

The home was great, the things they supplied for the beach and pool were spot on and the area was great for food, both fine dining and grandkid friendly. We all had a blast. Great vacation home!

Great home for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, the property was clean, there were many amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit), great outdoor space and the location was very convenient. We appreciated the very responsive hosts who communicated quickly and gave us detailed information about the home. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Location for Families

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is minutes from the beach, and the beach has been expanded since we were last in Cocoa Beach (2004), and it is a great beach with lots of room for families. The pool is large, and there is a comfortable and mostly shady sitting area with plenty of seating for a large group. There is also a large dining table both inside and outside. Publix is down the street. My first impression of the home was that it was in a funky area, because it is surrounded by condos, a motel, and other businesses, I was expecting a neighborhood. But it really is a great spot to vacation with children of all ages. Don't hesitate to rent this home.

Perfect for family

Owners provide lots of things for adults and children. Pack and plays, water toys, bicycles, kid size life vests, ping pong, arcade games, etc. Lots to do and the beach is very close.

Bi annual reunion

We are 8 very good friends that travel twice a year for our reunion. This house is perfect. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, 5 bathrooms, gorgeous backyard with pool and hot tub. The pictures on the web site are very accurate. Plenty of space as there is also 2 living rooms with enough couch space to fit all of us. Definitely an excellent home to rent. We will definitely be going back in April. Loved it.

Great house for a group

We had an excellent stay! The pool and outdoor space are amazing. The inside space was perfect for our adults trip. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The beach was very close and we enjoyed happy hour at the fish camp grill across the street each night.

Fantastic place to stay. Would love to go back.

The house and amenities were amazing. Our grandkids loved this place. One block form the ocean where the kids would swim and play for 3 hours then back to the house and jump into the pool for a couple of hours.
