Great location and great host

We loved staying here with our 6 kids ranging from 15 to 5. Everything else was perfect with provided beach gear, dart board, foosball, arcade, sun room with dining table for very enjoyable meals, putting green, and outdoor shower. The walk to the beach does have busy road to cross. The distance to the beach is nice, but the road made meant no running ahead for the kids. Our host was very responsive and helpful with a lot of attention to the little things. I would stay here again any chance we have in the future.

Property that has it all!

Great location! Well equipped kitchen, great game room, spacious back porch, and private back yard. Quiet street, on one side walk to the river for sunsets or walk across the street for the sunrise on the beach. All comfortable beds with plenty of space. Kayaks, chairs, fishing poles/gear, boogie boards, etc. to keep busy. One of the best, well thought out vrbo’s for playing outside or inside on a rainy day!

Sunny Lane Beach house is the best vacation home. Perfect location, ocean, intercoastal, restaurants, bars and shops all in walking distance. Jen and Ken are the ultimate hosts. The house was immaculate, beautiful and updated. Everything was provided that you would need for your stay. The yard and rooftop deck were a big hit and used daily. Best beach house!

We had the most amazing time staying here in cocoa beach. We stayed 4 nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The location is great, the beach is across the street and the fat snook next door is a must. Jen was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We loved the putting green, corn hole and the indoor games room! We will definitely be back, thank you so much!

Great Birthday!

This beach house is in a great location! It was so easy to walk across the road and to the beach. The beach itself is so nice and almost like a private beach with hardly anyone over there. We were also only a few minutes away from downtown. The owners left some homemade salsa for us that we all loved. My friend actually ordered a couple of jars. The house is nice with lots of activities. My friends were even saying they would love to stay at this beach house again.

Excellent Beach House

The hosts have thought of every detail. We had a wonderful time. Only concerns-We were unable to use the lagoon due to difficulties with access and there was no crosswalk from house to beach access so required extra caution to cross several lanes of traffic. Great value. Great location. Highly recommend for groups/families
