Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a spacious living area. This is the ideal spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is less than 30 minutes away and NASA Space Center is 35 minutes. The condo is 45 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, 10 minutes from Port Canaveral, 5 minutes from Downtown Cocoa Beach, and 30 minutes from the Brevard Zoo. This is a 1 bedroom condo with 1 full bathroom. There is 1 queen bed, sleeping 2 comfortably. The property is located off of A1A in the Twin Towers complex with a community pool and beach access available. The unit has a balcony facing South with an ocean view. The washer and dryer are located down the hall from the unit and are coin operated. The TV in the living room is cable. HOUSE RULES 1\. All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app. 2\. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. 3\. Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. 4\. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500\. 5\. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine. 6\. If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or fix it. 7\. Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time) 8\. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM. 9\.
