We stayed at Turks Head Inn for one night during our visit to Grand Turk and had a lovely experience. The location is excellent—right in the historic area and just steps from the beach, which made it perfect for a short stay and exploring the island. The property itself has a lot of character and feels very authentic to the island. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which we really appreciated. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. It felt like a small boutique guesthouse rather than a large hotel, which added to the charm. For anyone looking for a cozy place in a convenient location in Grand Turk, Turks Head Inn is a great option. We would happily stay here again for a short island getaway.

Quaint little inn where everything was very clean and suitable to our needs. Coffee and breakfast in the morning at the covered bar while it rained forced new friendships. Many accessible venues from here. Beautiful courtyard for evening sunset and dinner. The food is really good

The staff was very nice, very historical, there was no washer as mentioned in the amenities There was mold in the bathroom also the mirror the shower heads are in need of change, she was sweet enough to let us stay an extra day as we had to reschedule our flight, the internet was slow

Arrive to property and had to wait a while for checkin. Check into my room, which was not properly cleaned. Light fixtures on wall is full with clumps of dirt, termite droppings are in corners of the room, chair in room had dirt stains. In the bathroom floor looks Worn out and dirty, there is rust stains in corner where toilet is, the window panel and sill has a lot of mildew, there is a very raw scent coming from bathroom sink. Overall the staff are friendly.

Baby Girl and Lolli were amazing!!!! They were very accommodating with all of our needs and then some!!!. The only issues we experienced were general property maintenance. Additionally, attention to the little details would improve the property (I.e., gaps under the doors to the outside of the room), which allowed critters to enter the room. We had to keep a towel wedged under the door to mitigate our concern. Also, not realizing there was donkey poop sitting in the restaurant area for almost the entire day. This drew flies and the odor when the wind blew a certain way and was disgusting!! The mandatory 22% charges when dining at the restaurants was rather steep. It is currently their off season so there weren’t many options for dining. The food at Turks Head Inne was very good however. The ceiling fans were not functional and would ward off the no-seeiums! Besides mentioned above, we did have a nice time!!!

This was an absolutely beautiful room with a gorgeous view and perfect location!! The restaurant’s food was delicious and a decent price for the island and they had my favorite drink on hand!! It was a bit confusing on how/who to check in with, but once it was figured out, the staff was great and very accommodating!

I hope that my card don’t charge for that hotel . This is how I was received. Nobody was there at the hotel to receive me. 4 pm on Friday I entered the hotel no one was there like an abandoned house. It was terrible scary. I went to the back to if anyone was there . I saw a lady doing some back yard work. After greeted her 3 times, finally she answered, Mr did you have reservations? I replied yes. She says in creol hey me problem someone already got the room and receptionist is sleeping . My driver got to with me somewhere else to a place to sleep for my stay in Grand Turk for 2 days. That’s how it was for me.
