Prime Location You are just a 5-minute stroll from the iconic La Lora surf break, as well as the town's best cafes and boutiques. Whether you’re here for the bioluminescence tours, yoga classes, or world-class waves, Buena Vista is your premium home base. Long-term stays (28+ days) are welcome. Secure your spot in paradise and experience Santa Teresa from above the treeline. A lot of guests arrive to the property via a shuttle or taxi service and walk during their stay. If you are planning to bring an ATV (quad) or a 4x4 with low-gear or differential lock car, \*please ask your host before booking, our parking at the property is limited.\* Cleaning service is included every 4th day. No external guests allowed during quiet hours. \- Please keep order in the property: no footwear outside your apartment; no hanging clothes or towels in the terrace handrail, do not move furniture or accessories outside your unit. \- Smoking inside is not allowed, it can be done out in the terrace. \- Please do not take the bath towels provided to the beach or outside the site. \- Please take sand off at the outdoor shower or hose available in the lower floor before getting in the pool or your apartment. \- Glassware and eating is not permitted in the pool area. Beware of the potentially slippery floor around the pool. \- Apartments are cleaned at least every 4 days (except Sundays), including the change of bedsheets and shower towels.
