Great location for city.

Friendly, helpful staff, although didnt see them often. Room functional, with everything working, if a little tired decor-wise. Great, flat location for all central amenities and attractions.

No staff when I arrived. Needed someone who spoke Romanian and a local phone to call to get the code to access. Felt very unsafe as the hotel front door was down a very dark alley. Immediately turned around and left key at the front. Asked for a refund but the hotel was either non responsive or not cooperative for any kid of refund. Even if only for one night.

Hôtel bien situé en centre-ville, propre. J’ai toutefois dû changer de chambre et payer un supplément. La chambre double initialement proposée était mansardée, avec un plafond très bas : on se cogne la tête en étant allongé sur le lit. L’isolation phonique est mauvaise, on entend beaucoup les autres occupants (parquet bruyant, renflements…). La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Le petit déjeuner continental est bon, mais les horaires (8h-10h) ne sont pas très pratiques. Le personnel est sympathique et bienveillant.

Viaje en pareja

El hotel está perfectamente situado para poder visitar todos los monumentos de Cluj-Napoca andando. A 3 minutos de la Plaza Unirii (la más importante de la ciudad) y a 5 minutos de la Catedral Ortodoxa. Múltiples opciones para comer en los alrededores. Zona tranquila y segura. Habitación muy correcta y limpia con baño totalmente equipado. El desayuno no es muy variado pero es suficiente. La recepcionista fue muy colaboradora en todo momento. Cumplió con todo lo que necesitábamos para este viaje.

Muy mal

Pues no podemos opinar, nos mandaron a otro hotel, que además nos pillaba más lejos de donde necesitábamos estar. Los han dado problemas desde el primer momento de la reserva. No vuelvo a reservar con ellos así fuera el único hotel de toda la ciudad

FATAL: llegamos y no estaba la habitación que había reservado y nos pusieron en otra, supuestamente porque era mejor y claro, más económica. Yo solicité la que habia reservado que parece desde hacia mucho tiempo no se limpiaba porque al bañarse 1 persona y sacar el agua de la bañera comenzo a salir por el tragante del suelo. Resultado: habitación inhundada. Esperamos al día siguiente y nos dijeron que sólo tenian disponible la primera habitación que nos habian ofrecido y para mas remate, cuando nos duchamos se inhundo el baño, claro....al mismo precio de la anterior. No nos devolvieron el dinero. Al día siguiente, al reclamar,personas muy hurañas, enfadadas como si la culpa fuese nuestra. La solucion fue quitar la pieza que recubria el tragante y un manojo de pelos. Señal de NO LIMPIEZA porque de eso se podian haber dado cuenta. Desayuno MUY POBRE y REPETITIVO EXACTAMENTE IGUAL LOS 4 DIAS. El hotel tiene 3 pisos SIN ASCENSOR, imagina cargar las maletas. Coches aparcados justo en la entrada que dificultan el paso. NO TIENE GARAGE. Lo mejor de todo....LA UBICACION.
