"So many pros and cons (but mostly pros!) Don't let the unassuming lobby fool you! The rooms are lovely! The towels were clean and fluffy (although no hand towels. But extra facecloths to compensate), and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in, in ages. The rooms are not very sound proof so if that's an issue for you (including neighbours talking and train noises), bring ear plugs. But the fridge was cold and was larger than most hotel fridges, and there was a very clean microwave in the room. The room coffee maker wasn't working well, but the lobby had 24 hour a day coffee. The only really frustrating thing was the airport shuttle, but that was more due to not managing expectations/information and the challenges of my limited mobility. Firstly, it's important to know that you have to call the hotel to order the shuttle upon arrival. But more importantly, the shuttle DOES NOT go to terminal E. It only goes to Terminal C (and maybe A, but I'm not sure). And this also applies for the return to the airport. So if you have mobility issues, it's important to be prepared for this. Have the wheelchair services from your airline drop you off at the hotel shuttle stop at terminal C upon arrival and be prepared for a bit of a trek from Terminal C up to Wheelchair services upon your return to the airport. All in all, though, I would absolutely return to this hotel. Despite the few hiccups, it was overall a very pleasant experience! See you again soon!"

"Do not book here! The staff behaved discriminatory towards me after I reported their behavior to my booking company. The housekeeping staff is the wife of the manager, and she was exceptionally rude to me when I requested my room to be cleaned. There was visible mold on the A/C unit so I asked for a different room because I have asthma. I was denied a different room. The toilet backed up and they wouldn't even come fix it. They made me come downstairs to the office to get the plunger and told me to fix the toilet myself. I was yelled at by the guy that told me to fix the toilet. After I'd already paid to stay, the manager yelled me stating that I couldn't stay there anymore due to playing music all night which I didn't even do. I feel that I was treated discriminatory due to the color of my skin as well as reporting them to my booking staff. I left and found a better hotel. Do not book here!"

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually clean the rooms and get an attitude when you ask them to. I asked the front desk for a new pillow because the ones in the room were so flat that they were causing me physical pain, and the guy rolled his eyes at me. I was told to leave after reporting their behavior to my booking company. DON'T BOOK HERE!"
