This inviting and thoughtfully updated home offers four beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen beds and one cozy bedroom with a twin bed. The home includes two full bathrooms for added convenience during your stay. The warm and welcoming living room, with a large TV and comfortable seating, is perfect for hosting movie nights or curling up after a long day outdoors. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, while the dining table seats everyone for shared laughter and conversation. \*Please note that while there is a fireplace, it is not operational.\* The house comes stocked with a variety of board games for family game night, camping chairs, and fishing rods—perfect for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors. If you’re feeling adventurous, head to the pond next to the home and try your luck at catching one of the bluegill! The house was perfect for our needs and the host was so accommodating to all of our questions. The only reason for the four star on the location is it was quite far from restaurants and such, but that is what made it peaceful I imagine. The location was beautiful easy to find and had good driveway and nice clean shaded parking so no complaints about that at all. We knew it would be a bit of a drive from the larger towns, but that was exactly what we wanted—a peaceful, quiet retreat surrounded by gorgeous fall views. Sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee in the crisp morning air was perfection.The home was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with all the little details that make a stay easier and more comfortable. It’s those small touches that really stood out. My teenagers said their beds were super comfy, and the master bedroom was as well. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax.We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the firepit because of a busy wedding weekend, but it was such a great feature and we would absolutely use it next time. The hosts were wonderful—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly take pride in their property.We have family in the area and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ##### Bridget E. It was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting our relatives in the area. The kids could safely run and play in the large yard and the fire pit allowed for a nice evening campfire. The home was very clean and we loved the quiet country setting. We even saw several deer walking along the treeline one evening. The road to the property was paved and great for a morning or evening stroll. The host was very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in and check-out was very easy.
