Nice quiet area with a farmhouse, the host was very quick to respond and was wonderful to work with. The property was very easy to access, and quiet area, my boys loved the land to explore.
This property was just as it is pictured. My family had the best time swimming, walking around the property, having family campfires. I would go back anytime and refer this to friends and family.
Very nice place to stay, clean, quiet, and mostly as described. The view and pool were great. One clarification that could be made is that the pond is in the field with the cattle. And use caution when fishing, there is a hornets nest.
Overall I’d recommend staying at this house.
This hidden gem is great for families, very roomy, our kids loved the upstairs play rooms & pool! We didn’t catch any fish but enjoyed the pond just as well.. The home is located on a dirt bike training facility, campers may be located close to property. Still most peaceful and beautiful views day and night. It was a neat experience for us to watch, Only wish we could have stayed longer!
Overall, we had a great vacation. I was a little disappointed with the internet service, it would have been nice to have a few more DVD's or games to choose from (we had no use for the video game upstairs). The property is beautiful. I had a broken foot so unfortunately, we were not able to get to the pond or walk the property at all (bummer). The comfort was great, the a/c was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay.
We had a great time fishing, swimming and exploring. This was our family “girls only” trip to get away and relax. We did have to clear out a big section of the pond to fish but we are a resourceful group and went to hardware store to get hedge shears to cut down cat tails to fish. Loved seeing the cows, turkeys, baby frogs and rabbits! We were also entertained watching the dirt bikes! We will definitely be back for another girls trip away! It was perfect for what we needed
It is very peaceful at night and clear with the stars shining bright. The hay bales have mist on them in the morning sitting in the field surrounding trees and cattle in the next pasture. If you need a weekend of rest or just a layover to go hiking at natural state bridge park, etc. this is the place. You will not be able to get TV but bring DVD’s or have a netflix acct. The house does come with a pool which was nice for the kids.

It was ok.
Nice house and nice furniture, other than the couch smelled of urine. Sweeper needs replaced as ut leaves more of a mess than it picks up. Bed was comfortable.
Wifi did not work, wasn't able to enjoy the planned evenings of watching the alone series.
Pool was not in service and we planned to use it for the weekend.
Watch renting from buainesses. These people wanted me to track down the neighboring farmer about questions regarding access to the pond.
It was secluded without being difficult to find. We loved sitting on the porch watching the stars and listening to nature sounds you don't get in the city. My 3 year old and I loved walking the long driveway and seeing the cows up close. The pool was so much fun and refreshing. Everyone slept well in their own spaces. The kitchen was fully furnished. We spent a great deal of time at the large dining room table playing games as a family and sharing meals together. Only reason not a 5 star is because the "Smart" TVs didn't have access to any streaming apps for us to log into and didn't have an antenna for local channels either. My son enjoyed the Peter Pan DVD but didn't have anything else to watch when his tablet was charging. He isn't old enough for the PS4. We'd love to stay again in the future.
Great place to relax but don’t except to fish or call.
Overall great place. The selling point was the pond, unfortunately it was so overgrown with cattails that we couldn’t really find a place to fish. The woods surrounding the pond and landscape only allows you be fish from the back facing the house. We did find two narrow areas where we could cast however there was a huge bees nest right between them in the cattails. We had young ones with us so we didn’t go back to the pond because the only feasible areas to cast had a bees nest in the cattails. The Wi-Fi is horrible. So don’t expect to be able to look up anything on the net. There’s no cell signal but even with wifi calling connected I still couldn’t call my wife. Couldn’t even call a local company to ask about rentals. I even had the teenagers to turn their phones off because it thought the router was overloaded but that didn’t work either.
I emailed and called the property management with a few questions at least a week before we checked in and never got a reply. I checked my spam folders as well. We would go back again if the property owners don’t care if we brought a reap hook or something to clear the cat tails to fish. The cattle were nice to see close to the fence. We also had 2 baby skunks hanging around at night. Nice place but I honestly wouldn’t have booked this place if I had known that the pond was too overgrown to fish. I know the property owners can’t help where bees nest but if the cattails were cleared out they wouldn’t have built a nest there.
We loved our stay at Hidden Treasure! Short drive to all that RRG has to offer. Cell service/wifi isn’t the greatest but that was expected. We didn’t need it much anyway with the pool!
Everything was great, except for the pool that wasn't clean

Half ass cottage
It was an awful house, put together with mix and matched parts. No transitions pieces made it almost impossible not to trip. The pool looked like dirty dishwater, even after 2 days it was treated. The pond was on a steep hill with no path or even mowed area for direction. When former tenants showed up on the second nite, it was to much. No pool, no pond, no wifi or TV. Did meet a cute family of baby skunks. It would not take much to make the place all that was described. So disappointing. We left after 2 nights.
