Civil Rights Garden Tours and Activities

I enjoyed my stay. The property is well maintained and clean. Staff is courteous and friendly. Staff member Kim was cheerful, friendly and provided answers to all concerns. Property manager was prompt in processing and knowledgeable

The room was very dark, probably to hide all the stains. It was next to the elevator that made a loud noise all night long. But there is definitely a problem with their elevators. There is actually a line that you have to get in to get on an elevator to get to your room. So if you are going to get water from the vending machines, which is the only available water in the hotel, for 4.95 a bottle. You will have to get back in line to get back to your room. That part and the 15 -20 minute wait to get an elevator to leave was just ridiculous. The view might have been ok if the windows were not filthy. Otherwise the staff was great and did the best they could to accommodate. The valets were especially helpful.
