I recently stayed at the Fairmont and it completely lived up to it's reputation. The Senayan area is perfectly located for shopping and dining. I played golf at the course near by and it was a short walk to the course. Great hotel I will be back for sure.

The customer services provided are definitely highly commendable. Very friendly and good service. The cons : 1. Pillows need to be a changed. There are all too soft. Flat. 2. Room needs to be renovated up a bit more. 3. It wld be great if an additional tissue box is placed in the living room. .

Had a fantastic stay at the Mulia. The service was warm, professional and efficient. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Junior suite was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The executive lounge on the 38th floor was beautiful with expansive views of the city. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend!
