Ok

Very quiet and relaxing stay after a long flight. Antonietta and her husband were very hospitable. Property is lovely, very well maintained and clean. Good breakfast.

Phenomenal- an excellent property with a veritable cachet of class. Superior dinner- the homemade pasta and biscotti are memorable. There is a reason the reviews are spectacular. If you, like me, have a late afternoon departure from Rome Fiumicino and want to be close enough to the international airport to drive back in a couple of hours but don't want to return to the city and fight as much traffic congestion, this country estate is a welcome alternative to coming back to the city the day...

We enjoyed a great 2 night stay. Here are some thoughta for anyone considering it as well The location is excellent, on a quiet side street only a minute from the waterfront road where we were able to leave our car. It was also close to shops and about a 15 min walk to the old town where most of the restaurants are. We tried Sfizi & Delizie and loved the food and the entertaining owner. The place was super quiet and in our case came with a lovely patio. The towels were thick and soft, which is...

Casa Gioconda - Gaeta Stayed 3 nights, May 27-30 2026 I have to say not knowing what to expect in Gaeta, we could not have been more pleased with the area and our accommodation. After our arriving from Rome and settling in at Casa Gioconda B&B the first night, the next morning we were greeted by our host Letizia preparing a wonderful variety of breakfast options. We enjoyed our room, slept well and had all the needed amenities close at hand. With so much to see this is a great location...

Very charming. Parking on the property or on the street. Good breakfast.

Great place to stay wish it could have been longer

Conveniently located about a 5 minute walk from the train/bus station. There is a common area available with couches and a little kitchenette. Our room was comfortable, clean, had two chairs for seating, and a Nescafé dolci coffeemaker. Note: contact them in advance to organize self-check in; they will buzz you in remotely from the main gate, through the building door, and apartment door, followed by key retrieval from a lockbox.

Very spacious and clean and renovated. Loved

Went for a family Wedding. We are from Canada. Booked this place because it was in the middle of all places we were supposed to go during the 5 day events. It showed well while looking for it. Beautiful setting. Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Easy access to all the venues between Sora and Arpino. Loved it highly recommend. Beautiful Restaurant with outdoor setting. Great breakfast. Very friendly people in the neighbourhood. Nice bar cross the street, great Cafe across the...

This is a hidden gem. Right in the main square beside the waterfall, above a coffee shop and so much room and so comfortably set up. I had to work east coast Canada time while here and I did so with ease. Couldn’t reccomend this place enough and can’t wait to come back

Great views from the property. Good service. Alessandra is the best. Would highly recommend.

Everything was fantastic. Alessia at the front desk was an absolute gem. Super helpful in every way possible. Definitely recommend.
