If you want to walk to boutiques and bars, ride the streetcar (FREE), frequent small cafes, intimate artisanal restaurants, breweries and bars then this is the place for you. With soaring ceilings, and unmatched walkability to everything downtown and all of OTR then you\`ll be hard-pressed to find a more convenient, seamless experience. Easy access to the sports stadiums and music venues. The condo itself is two stories, but the first story is on the 2nd floor. The second bedroom is an open loft-style bedroom on the second story that opens up to a view of the living room. All bedrooms have comfy-cozy queen beds. Please note that the advertised pool is Ziegler Pool, which is a 5-minute walk away. It is open late-May through early September. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at our sole discretion, but would include things like bringing extra guests into the property, people coming in and out, etc. NOISE AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent. SMOKING AND FLAMES NOT ALLOWED: Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. VIOLATING OUR RULES MAY RESULT IN RESERVATION TERMINATION: At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees. DISHONEST OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR: Dishonest behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet\`s hair from the property. 3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. 4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don\`t do it. 5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock. 6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center. 7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. A short Uber to the stadium areas. Many rentals in this area require a walk up a few flights of stairs, so it was helpful to only go up one flight.
