    + Unit is located on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building (no elevator).

    + Some street noise may occur due to the prime location near TQL Stadium and downtown OTR.

    + The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest.

    + NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind (including vapes). Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking.

    + PARKING
    a) Reserved Parking: We offer parking in a reserved private parking lot near the property. The rate is $15/day and a flat rate of $75 for 7 days.

Condo was in a nice area of the OTR. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Parking was a good deal (for a city) and appreciated it was so close to the condo. Overall, we had a great stay!

It is very conveniently located; close to the heart of the City. Host is very communicative and supportive during stay. Two minor gripes, parking a vehicle while staying cost extra. Didn't become aware of that until after we booked. Additionally, the water pressure in the showers is very weak. Despite those issues it was an enjoyable stay.

The unit was AWESOME! However like many other reviews before mine...the hallway to the apartments is AWFUL there're broken stairs and I'm not small...the walls need to be fixed and painted a darker color to not show all the wear and tear. The unit PERFECT! Communication from my host THE BEST!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The location was convenient to sightseeing in Cincy, everything was less than a 10 min drive and there were several restaurants, shops, ice cream etc within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, the kids loved the games, I had everything I needed for cooking and laundry, overall everything was amazing! They mentioned the street noise may be loud and even supplied a noise machine and earplugs, but we didn’t hear anything. You do have to carry everything up and down a flight of stairs, but it wasn’t bad. The price is so reasonable for such a nice place with great amenities, and the host was so responsive and even checked on us to make sure everything was going well. We’d love to stay there again when we’re back this way!

The unit was clean and comfortable. Host Nina responded quickly to our questions. I highly recommend including the fee for parking next door. It was very convenient. Location was ideal as we were able to walk everywhere we went except for the riverboat cruise. The Biscuit Love breakfast restaurant was nearby, as well as Findlay Market. Would stay here again.

Great location to everything we were there to do. Spacious unit with all we needed for our stay. Nice kitchen setup and especially liked how bedrooms were far enough away from each other and the living area. Would stay here again!

The apartment was exactly as described. Be prepared to walk up the stairs. If you have lots of luggage like we did it’s a bit cumbersome. Location is good for those who want to be downtown close to great restaurants and most of the locals were very friendly. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, but there was nothing going on at the stadium, which is super close. Be sure to be clear about the house rules prior to booking.

Soccer weekend stay

Communication with the host was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and easy. The location is perfect—close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the living room wasn’t particularly comfortable, which made it a bit less relaxing during downtime. Overall, still a great stay.

Roomy, comfortable stay in the heart of OTR

My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and Nina our host was wonderful and incredibly responsive. This space is modern, clean, and larger than the pictures demonstrate. We were especially excited to have the option to reserve daily parking through our host and when there was a small glitch with someone parking in one of our spaces, Nina fixed it immediately! We would definitely stay here again!
