If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet's hair from the property. 3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. 4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don't do it. 5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys.
