The components (appliances, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, etc) are all high quality. The units could easily be used for extended stays, given full kitchens plus laundry in each unit. The location is great as it's right in the middle of Over-the-Rhine (OTR) and close to downtown, the stadiums, and the river (all within walking distance). It's just 2 blocks from Findlay Market. Finally, there is a "common room" on the first floor that's great for groups compared to staying in a hotel with no place to hang together. ##### Patrick D.
