Cute charming boutique hotel, accessible to everything you need to get to in the city. I’m a Seattle native now living in SF brought my husband back to my hometown to celebrate both of our birthdays and to show him around my old stomping grounds and do some touristy things. Palihotel has very friendly staff that made checking in and out so easy. We received free drink vouchers that we just can’t seem to get redeemed at the Hart and the Hunter restaurant. We tried 2 different times and gave up. Both times seemed like it’s very short staffed or maybe it’s just typical just bad customer service or both. We were completely ignored. We flagged down someone for a menu and was given a menu after sitting down for serval minutes but was then left ignored some more. We gave up and left to go get food and drink somewhere else. Thought we give the beautiful hotel’s restaurant we’re staying a chance but, they didn’t want our business and it’s ok there’s many cafes and restaurants all over the city that wants our money. Will definitely come back to stay in the hotel and will definitely tell everyone to stay away from The Hart and the Hunter!

It was within walking distance of many places and the staff were very friendly!
