Our cozy ground-floor retreat features a comfortable Queen-sized bed and a dedicated working area, perfect for those who need to stay productive during their stay.

The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer combination machine and refrigerator/freezer for added convenience. Step outside to enjoy the private backyard for some fresh air and relaxation.

The full bathroom is beautifully appointed with a tiled shower, bidet toilet with a heated seat, a heated towel rail, and a modern vanity, ensuring both comfort and style

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The property does not include any allocated carparks, there is street parking only.

City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
