« Ich möchte auf jeden Fall zwei Aspekte ansprechen, die verbessert werden sollten. Erstens wäre es sinnvoll, die Matratzen zu erneuern, um den Gästen einen besseren Schlafkomfort zu bieten. Zweitens ist der Speisesaal, in dem alle Gäste zusammenkommen, oft überfüllt, sodass es schwierig ist, einen Platz zu finden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher bescheiden und könnte vielfältiger gestaltet werden. Allerdings finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt durchaus in Ordnung. »
