Chodov, located in the Karlovy Vary Region of Czechia, is best visited during the late spring, summer, or early autumn months, specifically from May to September, when the weather is most pleasant for exploring.

During these months, the temperatures are generally mild to warm, making it ideal for enjoying outdoor activities and sightseeing in and around the town. You'll find the countryside green and inviting, great for walks or exploring the nearby Slavkov Forest. This period also sees the most daylight hours, allowing for longer days of exploration.

While Chodov itself is a smaller town, its proximity to the renowned spa city of Karlovy Vary means you can easily combine your visit with a trip there. Karlovy Vary truly comes alive in the summer, with numerous cultural events, open-air concerts, and markets. The warm weather is great for strolling along the colonnades and sampling the mineral springs.

Visiting outside of this peak season, particularly in winter, can be quite cold, with snow common, which might limit outdoor activities.
