The Old Fire Station is a self-contained holiday cottage in the historic and picturesque village of Colerne. Situated in the old village, Cotswold walks and hiking paths are on the doorstep leading to Castle Combe, Bath and beyond; two local pubs and a cafe and metres away. The award-winning Lucknam Park spa and its new Walled Garden Restaurant are within walking distance if you fancy a treat. Such a delightful and picturesque village in the Cotswolds, close to Bath and Castle Combe. Beautiful walks in and around Colerne. Fantastic property with attention to detail and thoughtful inclusions. A wonderful home to come back to after a day exploring the Cotswolds. Clean and comfortable home. Check-in was super easy with a key safe outside the door. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all necessities. Everything we needed was provided (except, strangely we couldn't find a chopping board). The bed was really comfy and we slept well. The only reason I gave the accuracy of online listing a 4 is that there is no mention I can see online that the bathroom is downstairs. As it happened, it wasn't an issue for us but might be for some less mobile.Ian was very helpful. We had an issue accessing the key box on arrival and he appeared a minute later to help.
