"The happy hour and breakfast was really good! Beautiful property and amenities. "

"The room was clean. There was some cracking dry wall or maybe the drywall tape was coming off I'm not sure. We also were on the top floor, so might have cause that. Not a big deal. Didn't affect our stay. I have 2 main complaints. One being the housekeeping issue. You're on the beach. There's going to be so much sand, yet housekeeping will only come by and clean I think on the 3rd day? Or maybe that's when you can get towels without asking? A full clean on the 4th day. This is the BEACH. Like I said, there is so much sand everywhere that standard is so crazy to me. Our trash built up so badly. They have narrow medium sized trash cans but the elevator that barely fits anything that we shoved our trash in. Next is parking. I wouldn't stay here again because parking is crazy. Just my opinion. It probably isn't an issue for some. But I didn't love it. Otherwise breakfast was decent. They were late a few minutes opening each day we were there. So don't go before 7 because they probably won't be open. Not a big deal. Just wanted to note. They have different things as far as hot Food each day we were there. It overall wasn't terrible..but too expensive to not be al least checking on rokms each day. We pay premiums at this time of year..I kind of expected more for what I paid."

"The Surf Bungalow was amazing! We loved that the kids had their own space and bathroom upstairs. Queen bunks!! I do wish they provided more cooking pot options. We did alot of washing with only two tiny pots. We were not satisfied with communication or friendliness of front desk staff. We had to call several times and they either don’t call back or show up. The first night we needed a blanket and they never brought it. We asked how much it would be to extend our stay. Instead of calling us back with a price like they said they would, they charged my card and I still haven’t been refunded. The lazy river is heated which was amazing bc the beach and other pools were too cold. I do wish they had round pool floats instead of the flat noodles. The entire water park area was clean and had very kind staff. The beach was only like a 2 minute walk across the street. We definitely recommend this property and would stay again. I do hope they get better with communication. It wasn’t just us. We saw other negative interactions with front desk staff and visitors. Washer/dryer are not in surf bungalows. I wish this was clear on the website. The pictures showed them."

"The property was just as stated, right on the water, beautiful view, accommodating staff and nice breakfast."

"It was fine if the price was actually what I paid. But they charged my card over 100 for insurance and never paid it back. I ended up paying over 160 for a very run down motel basically and didnt hardly use the room at all except to sleep."
