The facility has potential and maybe if the weather was better and it was busier when we got there the staff would have been more attentive. But when we had issues it seemed like our needing help was a major inconvenience to them. We came in the fall for a music festival (that ended up being cancelled due to weather), and the building's AC was still on. Our room was 60 degrees. They did provide space heater, but when we turned it on it caused the power to our room to go out. Maintenance helped us find an outlet that wasn't going to short the room, but couldn't have anything else plugged it to the wall or it would go out again. We asked if we could change rooms and was told no. No additional blankets were provided either. I'm sure they were booked for the festival, but we didn't come across that many guests during our stay that would have prevented a little bit more care for our issues.
