« We stay here every couple of weeks for part of the year. It’s in a convenient area, has handicapped accessible rooms and parking is pretty good. Rooms seem to have everything we need. Would be nice to have a cart for taking suitcases in at some of the other entrances. »

« The check-in went smoothly, but we found out the following day that we had not been informed about the policy regarding maid service, and even when we followed the protocol our room remained intended and our towels unreplaced. The new shower leaked and ran across the bathroom floor nearly to the carpet and we had to use our towels to soak up the water to prevent a fall. The room was either frigid or damp. « Our host was great! Extremely accommodating and helpful. Only drawback was hot water for shower. Because of the type of water heater in the unit and the cold weather, had to dial back the water pressure in the shower to keep hot water flowing. That is something that needs to be addressed for the future. »
