"This bnb was so charming and the couple that runs and owns it is lovely. They make a wonderful breakfast and the rooms are gorgeous. Historic building at it's finest. "
"The location to 101. The location to a variety of reasonably priced but eating choices from chains to local establishments. Hotel in a relatively safe area. All in all will use this location again if in Medford again."

"This was my second stay at this property, same unit. It has everything I need and the most comfortable bed I have experienced in a rental. I travel for work and stay several days so I enjoy the minimal but adequate kitchen area. It's super clean and has everything I need. My only wish for the rental is that they would separate taxes and fees on the receipt, as whether or not I will be reimbursed without having to ask for more documentation is always a roll of the dice when this happens. I love that they have a makeup removal towel, I hate having to worry about mascara stains on towels, and the window seats are a nice place to relax for a few minutes at the end of a long day. "

"Older hotel that has been maintained. Is is the best I’ve ever stayed at, no. With that being said, the price is right. Great value. Quiet. Clean. Value. Biggest complaint, area around hotel at night is crawling with drug addicts and unhoused individuals. Never bothered hotel though. "
"We stayed in room 204 for four nights. The hotel is clearly older though very well-maintained -- will stay again. Room was recently renovated, decent size for our bags (a couple) plus storage for wine bought in the area. Central location for the Rogue Valley, downtown Medford, I-5, and easy access to Hwy 62 for Crater Lake. Great breakfast place on the street behind it (Buttercloud), good brewery less than 10 minutes away on foot (Common Block)."
