Grab a bite at the beloved Chicago Diner or indulge in fresh flavors at Kim’s Korean Cuisine & Sushi. Just a short distance away is the legendary Wrigley Field, perfect for catching a Cubs game, and the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum offers a peaceful escape with its beautiful exhibits. With its vibrant energy and welcoming atmosphere, Lakeview is an ideal area to experience the best of the city.



Getting Around:

Lakeview offers convenient transit options near the apartment, with the Broadway & Roscoe bus stop just a 2-minute walk away and the Broadway & Cornelia stop about 4 minutes on foot. For rapid transit, the Belmont ‘L’ station is a 14-minute walk, providing easy access to Chicago’s Red, Brown, and Purple lines.

For a one-time, non-refundable fee of *$35, you can choose to add a Damage Waiver to your reservation. This provides up to *$400 in coverage for eligible accidental damage** during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.



Please note that the waiver does not cover intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or damage caused by unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or house rule violations.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link where you can complete your reservation details and choose whether you’d like to add the waiver.



If you decide not to purchase it, any applicable damage charges would remain your responsibility.
