The Space:

Please note that this home is situated around other living spaces. All with their own entrance and no sharing of any amenities.

You don’t need to worry about tidying up. We’ve got an awesome cleaning team for that!

Just a few things to do before you head out...

▪︎Turn off all the lights & make sure the door is locked behind you.

▪︎ If you've moved any furniture, return it to its original place.



Our goal is to provide a calm, boutique experience for every guest. We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and respect, just as you would your own.



• No parties or unauthorized events (fee $750). Front door RING camera present for safety and property protection.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM

• No smoking or vaping indoors (fee $500)

• Pets must be approved before booking ($45 per pet/stay)

• Exterior security cameras are on the property for safety

• Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee. Hourly stay past check-out without approval: $45/hr.

• Be mindful of neighbors when enjoying outdoor areas

• Please do not move large furniture or rugs. If our cleaning team is required to reset heavy furniture and rugs, an additional fee will apply based on their charge.

• If we do have to call a plumber due to improper disposal (ex. excessive toilet paper), the service fee would be charged to the reservation.



A NOTE FOR FAMILIES

We warmly welcome families; however, due to the vintage nature of the building and having neighbors below, this home requires a heightened level of noise awareness. Families traveling with children under 10 are welcome to book. We simply ask that you confirm you’ve read and are comfortable adhering to these guidelines. Multiple noise complaints from your downstairs neighbours will result in cancellation with no refund. We appreciate your understanding in helping us remain good neighbors!



To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that:

-Children are supervised at all times

-Running, jumping, or climbing on furniture is avoided

-Quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM) are strictly respected



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll have the home to yourselves, but we’re always close by if you need anything. We respond quickly and are happy to help with early check-in, local recommendations, or anything that comes up during your stay.
