Struttura molto datata, siamo arrivati e il piano glie l'ho abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi che piano era ci ha dato le chiavi e basta, camera nella norma, bagno sporco, io giorno seguente la colazione molto scarsa e neanche buonissima, per fortuna c'è un bar di sotto e l'ho rifatta lì, il resto nella norma per una notte sarebbe e solo dormire va bene se non si trova altro.

Hotel non male, a metà strada fra.il centro.storico e la.zona della"movida", comunque.da raggiungere.in auto, vista la.disponibilità di.parcheggio. Colazione sufficiente, camera adeguata al prezzo, letto comodo. Purtroppo la.gestione, sia.pure.per comprensibili.cause.economiche.e di.affluenza poco costante, è scadentuccia: personale sottodimensionato rispetto.alle.esigenze reali, comporta necessariamente disservizi e tensione.che il proprietario non sempre.gestisce con.efficacia e professionalità.

Struttura molto carina ma peccato che nella nostra camera non era un letto matrimoniale ma due letti singoli attaccati insieme senza essere fissati si muovevano e si separavano. E anche l'aria condizionata non raffreddava la stanza.

Bom hotel, porém afastado do centro da cidade

O hotel fica afastado da cidade (cerca de 8km). O quarto é confortável, o ar condicionado funciona bem. O único ponto negativo é a cama de casal, que são 2 camas de solteiro juntas, o que não é assim tão grave. O café da manhã é muito bom. Tem estacionamento.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte col mio ragazzo e una coppia di amici. Le camere sono carine e pulite e la mattina dopo abbiamo gustato una buona colazione. Ottima relazione qualità prezzo!!

poco pulito

purtoppo la camera era sporchissima, erano presenti ditate di unto ovunque, rotolini di polvere e capelli, anche uno scontrino di ospiti precedenti, insetti nell'armadio... il bagno piccolissimo con resti di carta infilata tra wc e doccia dove erano visibili le tubature.... a colazione scordarsi cose fresche: pane riscaldato, torte confezionate, caffè da macchinetta solubile, succhi (2 tipi) da macchinetta, ecc. lato positivo la posizione e le parti comuni rinnovate. accessori: tv, radio, internet

So so

It was strange arriving as nobody was there to greet us and all the doors were locked. We thought the hotel was closed because we could not understand why the doors were locked and all the lights were off. Finally after a few minutes we found a doorbell to which I man came scurrying out. He claimed he didnt have our reservation and we had to debate for 20 minutes because of the Italian to English language barrier. Nobodoy there could speak any english at all. So It was difficult. The breakfast was so terrible we didnt eat. If you just need a cheap place to lay your head for a night its fine. But I would not book this place if you really want something nice with good food.

accoglienza fredda e poco disponibile, bagno in stanza con bidèt sporco con alcuni peli , ristorazione in base alle esigenze di un gruppo che era alloggiato lì con orari particolari non adatti ha un bambino,pasti non all'altezza di un ristorante e avvolte riciclati.

El hotel está basado y estancado en los años 80 y el dueño o personal es nulo en expresión hablada , o sea más seco que pan duro , no lo recomiendo y más que en los alrededores hay decenas de hoteles , a parte de eso estaba bien

Struttura magnifica, ideale per un po di relax

Sono stata presso questo albergo dal 3 al 6 settembre 2015 per una vacanza con la mia famiglia a chianciano. L'albero si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piaza centrale quindi è molto comodo se si vogliono fare delle passeggiate durante il giorno o la sera senza dover prendere la macchina. Le terme sono raggiungibili a piedi circa 10 minuti. L'albergo è a conduzione familiare e proprio per questo motivo sono molto ospitali con i clienti, il cuoco prima di cucinare la cena viene a chiederti se hai qualche preferenza sul cibo in modo che lo fa al momento. La camera (per 3 persone) era molto grande, comoda, dotata di aria condizionata, stereo e balconcino, il bagno diversamente da molti alberghi aveva una grande finestra e non una ventola, e era dotato di tutti i comfort. E' stata una delle più belle vacanze che abbia mai fatto e vorrei ringraziare in particolar modo il cuoco che una volta conosciuti i miei gusti molto difficili nel cibo ha cercato di accontentarmi il più possibile. Grazie, spero di ritornare presto e lo consiglierei a chiunque volesse passare dei giorni di relax. ps: il trenino che fa il giro della città di Chianciano ha la fermata proprio davanti all'albergo, ideale per fare delle passeggiate serali senza camminare troppo.
