  • Treat yourself and entire family with this huge, magnificent villa located in the best of orange county. Only 45 minutes from GWB, and 15 minutes drive to Woodbury commons outlet mall to the east, or 10 minutes drive to Legoland park and resort to the west. Whether for a family Vacation or group trip this is your best choice.
    The space
    As you enter the home you will be greeted by a 20 Ft. high foyer, and multiple luxurious couches to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon Ice Cream.
    Not much further is your one-of-a-kind ''Great Room'' with many luxurious couches that offer enough seating for your entire group to enjoy together. Coupled with a wood burning fireplace and huge Smart TV screen will make it hard to leave this room.

    To your left is the big 10-seater eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, Where you will enjoy doing all your cooking, 6 burner electric cooktop and double cooking oven. Side by side Fridge and Freezer with Filtered Cold water dispenser.
    Please enjoy the Keurig Coffee Machine with K-Cups provided ready to use. Next to the coffee machine please find the snack bar and enjoy a variety of snacks free of charge to start your stay.
    On the first floor to your right you will see the beautiful, Clean and Spacious, bedrooms, all with high end comfortable mattresses and windows to the beautiful grounds to enjoy year round.

Wonderful time, it is a very spacious house we booked for our summer college friends reunion with our families. Pool was great for the kids, house was very clean and well stocked. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful. Highly recommend.

Very grateful to our host Max. We planned our Indian style wedding in the backyard with our family and friends, and it went perfectly the way we imagined. Max was a great help, he is responsive any time of the day and very accommodating. Thank you. The property is awesome we all loved it, the property is spacious, with everything mentioned in the description in excellent condition.

This property is outstanding -- the pictures do not do the pool / yard justice. A lot of beds and bathrooms. Host was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

A spacious house with a to-die-for pool, game room in basement, plenty of storage and refrigerators for all your wonderful culinary desires, comfortable beds, and well divided together and private spaces.

Spacious but in need of cosmetic over haul.

Nice property and house but could have been a bit cleaner and could use a cosmetic overhaul, paint , screens broken, carpets stained etc. overall we had a good experience.

Huge home perfect for group getaway

Max was an amazing host from the start with prompt responses to my questions, addressing additional requests and effectively providing information. The land and house were very nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and equipped with essentials. The kitchen was decent, the gas grill on the deck was great for barbecuing. The kids definitely made use of the basement rec room, everyone enjoyed the poolside, deck and living room space. We even had an activities field day in the massive background. We overall had a great stay and would come back for another summer getaway.

Spectacular home and area. We have been travelers for quite sometime, and without overstating, I believe this home is at the top of my rating. Max is extremely helpful with any questions/concerns and responds in flash time.He is A OK. As for the home, the layout is perfect for a group of 18 or less. Seating for about 30 people pool side. Speaking of the pool, it is unusually large (12 people at the same time with room to spare}. The hot tub was popular as well. A very large area on the side of the home adds to outdoor activity to be enjoyed. Inside, the home is very accommodating, both large, clean and kept updated.The dinning area off the kitchen and formal dinning room comes in real handy to sit at the same time. A whole other level downstairs is very inviting for those who play games,watch TV, play video games and simply want a break.This assessment seems like it's being written by Max's brother-in law. It's real. Come, you won't regret it.

With 16 people staying here, having a working ice machine was something we were counting on, we needed to purchase multiple bags of ice throughout our stay to accommodate everyone seeing as the one in house didn’t work. We’d appreciate if you could offer some form of refund or credit to cover this added expense and inconvenience. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.The outside lights were dim and only stayed on for about 1/2 minutes before needing someone to walk passed to turn back on. We had a planned outside Hibachi dinner for Friday evening 7:30pm and wished we knew that the outside lighting would not accommodate that. I had texted and also called/left a voicemail prior to our dinner regarding the lights and still have not heard anything back. Otherwise we all enjoyed our stay and the property. The house was beautiful and accommodating to all who stayed.

Nice Property but Room for Improvement

Traveled with a group of 16 (5 adults and 11 kids). The house is very big with plenty of space for the kids to run around, which was needed because it rained every day of our 4 day stay. Max was very responsive and accommodated an early check-in upon request (2:00). The beds were comfortable, although there weren’t any top sheets—only fitted sheet and comforter, which we didn’t love. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Plenty of bath towels. Great water pressure. Beautiful outdoor grounds. The house is a bit outdated and cleanliness wasn’t the greatest. Wallpaper is peeling off the bathroom walls, dirty walls (looked like spilled coffee?) stained carpets, dust on the pendant lights in kitchen, and mold in the washing machine. The pool was green and the bottom was slimy upon arrival. I reached out to Max and the pool guy came to check it out the next morning. He brushed the sides and said the salt ionizer was turned off by previous renters and that it was safe to swim in. The deep end remained green our entire 4 day stay. The kids didn’t mind though and we made sure to give them showers after swimming. Upping the cleanliness & updating around the house would make the property 5 star for sure.

Excellent stay at Max's property. Would recommend to everyone.Max was highly communicative in advance of the stay and during. Max proactively identified an issue with the master bedroom the day before our stay, implemented a resolution, and let us know about everything so that we could alter our sleeping arrangements as needed. Max also helped direct us to extra supplies during the stay - which was very useful since we were hosting a big family group at the time.The house itself was wonderful. Great location for a family / multigenerational get together. There a multiple bedrooms on the first / main floor, which made it very accessible for our elderly and mobility challenged guests. There also were a huge number of beds - great for flexible sleeping arrangements. The layout also allowed for easy flow between the kitchen, living room, and dining room, and those who wanted to could head to the basement for some ping pong, video game time, or to watch a different show.Fantastic all around.

Lovely home and property. Lots of space, fit everyone and then some! Ample bedrooms with lots of bed combinations to choose from. Had everything you could need, bathrooms stocked with toiletries incase you forgot anything. The game room downstairs was a huge hit as well. Would definitely stay here again!
