𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨:

Sunnyside Cottage features single-story living with a covered front porch, living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large open deck.

Sunnyside Cottage is nestled in the mountains away with only one neighbor, and the site of the cottage allows for total privacy. Sunnyside is in the heart of the Aska National Forest but is conveniently located right off Stanley Creek Road for easy access to everything Blue Ridge has to offer. You will at times hear cars on Stanley Creek Road, especially when the weather is great for hiking - you are just a few minutes' drive to Fall Branch Falls and the Toccoa!

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧:

😴 The primary bedroom sleeps up to 2 adults and has a queen bed, ensuite bath, and an LCD TV with sliding door access to the back deck and hot tub.

🛌 The second bedroom sleeps up to 2 adults or children and has 2 twin beds. The second bathroom serves the whole house and is steps from the second bedroom.

All beds feature luxury mattresses and luxury bedding. Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom closet.

🍲 The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up tasty breakfasts, leisurely lunches, and delicious dinners for everyone to enjoy, including the basics such as cooking oil and simple seasonings as well as a Keurig® Coffee Maker and a drip coffee machine.

🍴 The dining room area overlooks the mountains and seats 6 people at the table.

📺 The living room has comfortable seating for lounging, a woodburning stove, and an LCD TV equipped with streaming, as well as board games, puzzles, playing cards, and more. There is high-speed wifi internet access throughout the house.

💆 The 5-person hot tub is located on the back deck, along with everything you need for a cozy outdoor night under the stars including a fire pit and marshmallow roasting skewers for s'mores.
