Come stay in this apartment in Berry, ideally located in the city center, in a quiet area (250 meters from the train station and 150 meters from the free bus stops). Belle-Isle Park with a swimming pool is 15 minutes away.  
  
This studio is ideally located on a quiet street, 5 minutes from the city center. It has been completely renovated by us and offers all the necessary comforts, with a simple yet warm decor to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Highlights: Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning included. Located on the first floor of a small building with high-quality soundproofing, this 29 m² studio offers a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a lounge area with a television.  
Separated from the living room by a partition wall, the sleeping area features a double bed (140x190 cm).  
A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rail.  
  
Outside, a courtyard shared with 2 other studios and private, secure parking.  
  
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
